1854 Anniversary Blanche
1854 is the year the original Collingwood Brewery, our namesake, was founded. She first stood at the mouth of the Pretty River and then on Raglan Street, not far from where we are today. In commemoration, we brew a new beer every spring and this year it’s our 1854 Anniversary Blanche.
Blanches are perfect for summer: white-gold, cloudy, aromatic and easy-drinking, they go down a treat on a hot day in the sun. Drier and tarter than a regular Belgian-style, the Anniversary Blanche is redolent of intense orange and coriander aromas. It’s peppery with plenty of earthy spice and easy-drinking at 4.9% and 12 IBU.
